Actioning the Advice:
You must have actively implemented and taken action on the advice, strategies, and recommendations provided by Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd. This includes completing assigned tasks, exercises, and action plans discussed during our coaching sessions.
Accountability:
You must demonstrate a willingness to be held accountable for your actions and progress. This includes providing regular progress updates, attending scheduled coaching sessions on time, and actively participating in the coaching process.
Valid Reasons for Cancellation:
If you need to cancel a coaching session, you must provide a valid reason that is deemed acceptable by Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd. Valid reasons include illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd. reserves the right to determine the validity of the reason for cancellation.
Eligibility Criteria:
The refund policy applies solely to coaching fees paid by the client and is not applicable to any additional expenses or costs incurred.
Timeframe for Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted within three months from the date of the initial coaching session.
Refund Request Process:
Clients must submit a written refund request via email to [email protected]. The request should include the reason for dissatisfaction and any supporting information or documentation.
Refund Review and Decision:
All refund requests will be promptly and professionally reviewed. We will aim to make a decision within 30 days of receiving the request.
Refund Amount and Method:
Approved refunds will consist of the coaching fees paid up to the point of dissatisfaction. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and clients can expect to receive the refund within 30 days after the approval.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Please note that any administrative or processing fees charged are non-refundable.
Termination of Engagement:
If a refund is issued, the coaching engagement will be terminated, and the client will no longer have access to coaching services, resources, or support provided by Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd.
Non-Transferability:
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original client who entered into the coaching agreement with Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd.
Limitations and Discretion:
Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd. reserves the right to exercise discretion in evaluating refund requests. Refunds may be denied if the client is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions of the coaching agreement or the Money Back Guarantee.
Changes to the Refund Policy:
Ross Boardman or Grooup Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
